Nickie has been a member of the Rimrock team since 1987. Prior to becoming the Medical Records Supervisor she worked in the Medical Records Department as the Quality Review Coordinator. Nickie has assisted Rimrock through 9 very successful national accreditation surveys. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Montana State University Billings and has extensive training in patient rights and confidentiality issues. Nickie is responsible for assuring the quality of the patient record meets the accreditation guidelines, additionally she oversees dissemination of requested health care information.
