Rimrock CEO Lenette Kosovich and Dr. Malcolm Horn, Director of Mental Health Services, recently spoke with Montana Free Press about the ways the physical distancing requirements brought about by COVID-19 have affected their operations. Rimrock has made a significant investment in a telecommunications infrastructure and training to allow providers to continue to treat patients through telehealth. While Rimrock’s leadership is in the process of developing a plan to safely return to face-to-face treatment, this investment will allow Rimrock to continue to treat patients in the event of future restrictions as well as expand their services to a rural and remote audience. Regardless of how it’s delivered, treatment that creates a connection with others will continue to be an important part of addiction recovery plans.
