Ben Randolph

Ben was raised in Billings and received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Social Work from the University of New England. He is an Addiction Counselor licensed by the State of Montana (LAC) and has accreditation from the NAADAC (National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors) as a Masters Level Addiction Counselor (MAC). He also is completing his licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (SWLC). Ben has worked at Rimrock since 2012 where he has gained experience in all levels of care.

Ben believes in an integrated approach to health and wellness where the person is the creator of change. He employs a variety of therapies when working with individuals, couples, and families, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal therapy to treat addiction and co-occurring disorders. He is also a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. Ben’s special interests include trauma, anxiety disorders, cultural-relational issues, and integrative modalities.
